With a goal of breaking out of their silos, programs in this medium sized city collaborated to link their weatherization/energy repair services, housing rehab programs, code enforcement, lead poisoning prevention home repairs in a seamless system, for the benefit of their clients. The One Touch coalition developed new green and healthy housing rehab specifications.
