The Building for Health One Touch® program connects the delivery of lead, healthy homes, energy, job training, and health programs to help clients get the services they need. Using a common home assessment and electronic referral system, health, energy, and non-profits partners conducting home assessments identify household conditions and family needs, which trigger referrals to organizations that can provide relevant resources. The Building for Health Program was supported by the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) of Connecticut. The program initially focused its work in Hartford and has now expanded statewide.
