Memphis One Touch® connects the delivery of Tennessee Valley Authority’s (TVAs) Home Uplift energy program, housing, and health programs to help clients get the services they need. Using a common home assessment and electronic referral system, TVA, City of Memphis, and non-profits partners conducting home visits identify household conditions and family needs, which trigger referrals to organizations that can provide relevant resources.
